Terms of use
Last updated September 2026.
These terms govern your use of itfit.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Who we are
This website is operated by ITFIT Optical Laboratory, 750 Southwest 12th Ave, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. You can reach us on 305-413-3675 or at sales@itfit.com.
Use of the site
You may use this site to learn about our products and services, to contact us and to submit the forms we provide. You may not use it to break the law, to interfere with the site or its security, to scrape it at scale, or to misrepresent who you are.
Our content
The text, images, logos, product descriptions and page designs on this site belong to ITFIT Optical Laboratory or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy, republish or resell them without our written permission. You may of course share links to our pages.
Information on the site
We keep prices, turnaround times, shipping costs and product specifications up to date, but they can change and errors happen. Nothing on this site is a binding quotation. A price or delivery date is binding only when we confirm it for a specific order.
Forms and the information you send us
When you submit a form we use what you send to answer you and to set up or service your account. We do not sell it. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Links to other sites
Our site links to third-party services such as VisionWeb and Lens-Sync. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.
Warranties and liability
The website itself is provided as is. Product warranties, including the one-year anti-reflective warranty on our AR lenses, are set out in the terms of the order rather than here. To the extent the law allows, ITFIT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
